Situations
All the below situations were in open waters. Towing without Diamonds crossing from port to stbd. Towing with Diamonds crossing from port to stbd. Towing with Diamonds & Ram signals crossing from port to stbd. Now he made me CBD and asked what actions will I take for above situation. Now he said I am NUC. What actions for above situation. (For Towing With RAM) SV overtaking FV FV overtaking SV
Restricted Visibility
He said I am a CBD. Two targets, one on Stbd bow and one on the Stbd Qrtr. He asked the actions that each vessel would take.
Lights

I was expecting more questions but he picked up the NOE and stamped PASSED. He said my explanation for Prohibition notice was very short but the example was right. He asked me whether I would stick to Gas Carriers and also had a little chat about my company. He then shook my hand and wished me for my future. I told him that he took my OOW orals few years back. He said he would like to examine me for my Masters.
