At this time, they asked me to go out and wait for them to discuss. After a few minutes, they asked me in and said to me my ROR and Buoyage were excellent , also my general knowledge is not bad; therefore I have reach the MCA standard and I will awarded OOW CoC. I stood up said to them THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Sir Vinod is a very good man...he is very considerate and understanding person.
