My orals started at 1515 Capt. Raman bala went thru my cdc, passport, seaservice testimonial.

He told me I shall be a chief officer on oil tanker.

What information will you provide the master?

How should I prepare my cargo plan ?

What r the contents on it?

Basically he wanted me to do short round turn and stem the tide and then do the mooring. (Wind on my beam)
